Katherine Heigl started to choke up on the ‘Tonight Show’ on Thursday. She talked in great suppressed sadness about losing her late brother 20 years ago.
Heigl was telling Leno about her daughter Naleigh and becominga mother herself. She described she never truly understood, until now, how much it hurt to lose a child. Her brother died 20-years-ago in a car wreck.
Heigl told Leno, “This is so awful, I’m sorry” as she teared up. She talked about how important it was for her to keep her child, Naleigh, safe.
She was on Leno promoting her new film called ‘Killers’. She is a former Grey’s Anatomy star. Her breakthrough film was the 2007 hit ‘Knocked Up’. Source
